The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company name and phone number. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data from the form solely to respond to the enquiry submitted, on the basis of consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention period

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
